After going through the motions in the latter years of VCE, our director Ben Doran was unsure of the career path he wanted to follow. That was until he completed work experience in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. It was from that very moment he had found his passion.
Over the many years since, Ben not only gained a great amount of knowledge in the heating and cooling industry, but also finetuned the most important thing in business; customer service.
